The Ukrainian army says it has intercepted over a thousand Russian missiles and nearly 2800 drones since the beginning of the year – but keeping Ukraine's civilians safe from air strikes is still an immense challenge. FRANCE 24's Emmanuelle Chaze met the volunteers who provide the searchlights supporting Ukraine's air defence.
