[RSS] Fire sparks near Tempe homes

Power went out for hundreds of residents in Tempe after several fires were reported a couple of blocks south of Apache. Homes that back up to railroad tracks were impacted the most with fire damage. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas reports.
