[RSS] Russia halts participation in Ukraine Black Sea grain agreement

Russia has stopped its deal with the United Nations which allows Ukraine to export grain through the Black Sea. The announcement comes hours after a strike by Ukrainian sea drones which hit a Crimean bridge and killed two civilians. The Kremlin says the decision to suspend the deal is not linked to the attack but rather because a similar agreement isn't in place for Russian exports.
