[RSS] Joe Biden arrives in Vietnam to celebrate ties between both nations

US President Joe Biden has arrived in Vietnam. President Biden is celebrating an increase in ties between the two countries. Arriving in Hanoi, Mr Biden received a formal state welcome after holding talks with China’s Premier at the G20 Summit over the weekend. Vietnam has elevated the US to its highest diplomatic status – a level of relations previously bestowed upon China, as well as Russia. President Biden insists his visit to the Southeast Asian nation is not about trying to contain China.
